SEDAR formula is a composition of natural ingredients which contribute to relaxation. The SEDAR reduces anxiety, stress and irritation caused by insomnia and restore the resulting disturbances.

COMPONENTS:

• Melatonin regulates the rhythms of sleep .it is hormone produced by the brain and specifically by the pineal gland. It helps our body to know when it is time to sleep and when it's time to wake up. The synthesis and secretion of melatonin in the brain are activated by darkness and off the light. This shows that the hormone is involved in the circadian rhythm of the human body and regulate different bodily functions.

• The L tryptophan, an essential amino acid, which is converted in the brain into serotonin (neurotransmitter function normally in the sleep cycle), is metabolized to melatonin and contributes to normal sleep.

• The passion fruit, valerian, hawthorn and escholtsia contained, inhibit the action of GABAergikon neurons.

The SEDAR formula contributes to the relaxation and sleep.
