WITHDRAWAL - RETURN OF PRODUCTS

If you wish to return products purchased, you have the right to do so within ten days of receipt. The return is made without penalty but you have to pay the cost of returning goods to us.

To make a return, please note the following:

The package is unopened

If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must be returned with the product

Products must be sent by courier or as a registered parcel.

The packaging of the return must be secure to prevent any damage during transport.

Our company is not liable for loss or destruction of the product during return shipment.

In case of refund or order cancellation, the refund will be completed within five days of receipt of goods or the date of cancellation of the order, respectively.
