Lanes Kcaligram Day & Night includes a day formula (green tablet) and a night formula (orange tablet).

Day Formula (green tablet): combines plant extracts of green coffee and acai berry, as well as L-carnitine (composition: microcrystalline cellulose, dry extract of Garcinia cambogia (60% hydroxy-citric acid), maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dioxide silica, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, ethyl cellulose, iron oxides, talc, chromium picolinate, carnauba wax).

Green coffee extract thanks to the main active ingredient chlorogenic acid can have a beneficial effect on activating the metabolism by slowing down the assimilation of sugars and preventing the storage of fat in the body.

Acai berry extract is known for its antioxidant properties.

Carnitine promotes metabolism as it has the property of helping the process of breaking down fat in the mitochondria of cells for energy production.
