HOW TO USE:

Eyelashes: Use the special brush for eyelashes. Apply the product in the morning before makeup and in the evening on clean and dry skin. Apply the product along the upper and lower lashes as you would liquid eyeliner. Allow it to absorb before applying other products to the area.

Eyebrows: Use the special eyebrow brush. Apply the product in the morning before makeup and in the evening at the root of the eyebrows after you have cleaned the entire eyebrow area. Allow it to absorb before applying other products to the area.
