INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Toning Shampoo for Men (250ml): Apply a small amount to the scalp, gently massaging with the fingertips. Then rinse with plenty of lukewarm water. Avoid eye contact. For external use only.

Anti-Hair Loss Lotion (150ml): Apply to fresh or dry hair. Spray daily on the roots of the hair (8-10 times on each side of the head) and massage lightly to stimulate microcirculation in the scalp. Does not wash off.

Nutritional Supplement - Capsules for healthy Hair and Nails (30 capsules):

Take 1 capsule daily after the main meal, for at least 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as substitutes for a balanced diet.
